Casella reels - retraction with turbine
Product Description
Tubular — roller rain systems Casella with turbine retraction are simple, durable and efficient. The systems have a hot-dip galvanised chassis, and the supporting structure is of high resistance, suitable for long-term use even with a large number of moves.
Casella Reelsare seasonally movable and can be directly supplied with water from an existing water source. The producer Casella, in cooperation with NIK, has the opportunity to provide the necessary equipment in a short time for production and delivery, allowing farmers to react quickly when they need an irrigation facility for the current irrigation season.

Main features of Casella reels
Turbine
The hose retraction turbine is the latest generation, with an internal bypass valve directly connected to the reducer. Its drive can be mechanical or electrical.
Hose diameter and length
Various configurations of Casella tubular and roller rain systems are available with hose diameters from 63 to 125 mm and hose lengths from 210 to 620 m.
Manual or hydraulic rotation of the upper frame
The Casella pulleys have the possibility of hydraulic lifting of the three-wheeled trolley through long supports, thanks to which the trolley can be positioned anywhere regardless of the terrain.
Other features of Casella tubular rain systems
- High quality tires or steel wheels filled with cementfor maximum stability.
- Large diameter of the input parts in order to save energy.
- Control panel for adjusting the hose retraction speed, equipped with solar panel and stainless steel box.

Founded back in 1954. Casella is a leader in the construction of irrigation reels not only because of its quick response to ordering and delivery, but also because of the high quality and qualified after-sales service.
The main focus in the production of Casella reels is on quality, strength, ease of operation and minimal cost.
It was Casella who introduced the use of a small diesel engine to retract the spreader instead of a turbine. This innovation allows the pressure created by the pump to be used solely and exclusively for irrigation with a minimum average diesel fuel consumption of 300 g/hour. Thus, the cost of irrigation on an annual basis can be significantly reduced.
The company has a large production base, office building and spare parts warehouse with a total area of 75,000 m2. Thanks to this, Casella is able to provide the necessary equipment in an extremely short time for production and delivery, while guaranteeing high product quality and qualified after-sales service in cooperation with NIK.
