Tubular — roller rain systems CasellaHarvesting with diesel engine are a productive solution for fast and optimal irrigation. A similar watering solution is necessary for PE pipes with a size greater than Ø140, since the diesel engine guarantees reliable hose retraction in all conditions.
Diesel engine driven pulleys feature a hydraulic system for high efficiency when retracting the hose, facilitating operation and moving the machine quickly. The good stability of the tube-roller rain system is also ensured by a rotary platform fixed on the ground (except for the EXP.M model), and the reel trolley can be with 2, 3 or 4 wheels. Casella Reelsare seasonally movable and can be directly supplied with water from an existing water source. Ideal system for efficient energy saving
This type of machine uses a small diesel engine for both hose retraction and hydraulic control. This innovation allows the pressure created by the pump to be used solely and exclusively for irrigation with a minimum average diesel fuel consumption of 300 g/hour. This is the only system that allows the introduction of manure or the use of wastewater at a high rate of harvesting.
Hose diameter and length
Various configurations of Casella tubular and roller rain systems are available with hose diameters from 82 to 180 mm and hose lengths from 270 to 780 m.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system with a distributor of up to 7 levers ensures maximum reliability, efficiency and practicality in operation.The hydraulic system of the Casella pulleys with retraction with a diesel engine consists of:
- power steering front stabilizer support;
- the ability to lower the wheels in a transport position or raise them for a working position, which allows turning the spool 360° (except for the EXP.M model);
- rear supports stabilizing the machine to the ground, which provide it with stability in the working position.
HY-TURB M spool
The PLS model from Casella with retraction from a diesel engine includes a platform, and the maximum length of the PE hose is according to the corresponding diameter 125/800 — 140/780 — 150/650 — 160/520 — 180/430. Thanks to the single-cylinder PE hose retraction motor, which is standard on all models of pulleys with retraction from a diesel engine, you save a huge amount of energy.
