Developing marketing in the agricultural sector was a challenge for me, but over time it became a pleasure thanks to the team of NIK - young, ambitious and driven, who make me come to work every day with a smile.
Nik is a place where every day you can meet people who exceed their capabilities. Learning is the natural path of everyone in the company, and part of our DNA is curiosity. The most satisfying thing about my job is when I see how employees are getting better and more and more successful.

Internship Programs
Our summer internship program aims to discover high potential talents among students and develop their knowledge and skills. The program gives young people the opportunity to put into practice the acquired knowledge in educational institutions and to learn from proven professionals in various fields. At NIK we aim to support young talents in overcoming challenges during the transition from training to a real business environment.
