Casella Hose Reels – Retraction with Integrated Motor Pump
Product Description
Casella Hose Reel Irrigation Systems with retraction and an integrated motor pump are a compact solution to get the best out of your crops and field.
Casella Hose Reels are seasonally movable and can be directly supplied with water from an existing source. The manufacturer Casella, in cooperation with NIK, can provide the necessary equipment with a short lead time for production and delivery, allowing farmers to react quickly when irrigation equipment is needed for the current irrigation season.

Casella Hose Reel Control
Control Panel
Casella hose reels of this model are equipped with:
- an electronic panel for full control
- a panel for controlling the irrigation system;
- an electronic panel for pressure regulation during the retraction of the
sprinkler cart.
Benefits
Engine and Pumps
Reels of this type can be fitted with FPT-Iveco, Volvo Penta and John Deere engines (from 80 to 238 hp) and multistage pumps (Rovatti, Caprari and Sidermeccanica), depending on the farmer's needs.
Hose Diameter and Length
Various Casella hose-reel irrigator configurations are available with hose diameters from 110 to 180 mm and hose lengths from 350 to 780 m.

Water Inlet Safety Shut-Off
A device is also available that shuts off water at the machine inlet when the pump restarts or the pump station stops under over-pressure conditions.
Remote Hydraulic Control
All hydraulic movements can be adjusted with a remote control, making machine-positioning operations easier.

Founded in 1954, Casella is a leader in manufacturing irrigation reels, distinguished not only by its quick order processing and delivery, but also by its high quality and expert after-sales service.
The primary focus in manufacturing Casella reels is on quality, durability, ease of operation, and minimal costs.
Casella was the first to introduce the use of a small diesel engine for retracting the sprinkler instead of a turbine. This innovation allows the pressure generated by the pump to be used solely for irrigation, with a minimal average diesel fuel consumption of 300 g/hour. This significantly reduces annual irrigation costs.
The company boasts a large production facility, office building, and spare parts warehouse, spanning a total area of 75,000 m2. This enables Casella to provide the necessary equipment with extremely short production and delivery times, while simultaneously guaranteeing high product quality and expert after-sales service in cooperation with NIK.
