Casella Reelsare seasonally movable and can be directly supplied with water from an existing water source. The producer Casella, in cooperation with NIK, has the opportunity to provide the necessary equipment in a short time for production and delivery, allowing farmers to react quickly when they need an irrigation facility for the current irrigation season.
Advantages
Engine and pumps
Reels of this kind can be with FPT-Iveco, Volvo Penta and John Deere engines (with power from 80 to 238 hp) and multi-stage pumps (Rovatti, Caprari and Sidermeccanica) depending on the needs of the farmer.
Hose diameter and length
Various configurations of Casella tubular and roller rain systems are available with hose diameters from 110 to 180 mm and hose lengths from 350 to 780 m.
Winch
The motor pump retractable pulleys feature a removable support arm allowing positioning of the fully assembled suction line from the operating position to the transport position. There is the possibility of electric lifting and hydraulic rotation of the machine for ease of operation.
Protective shutdown of water supply to the inlet
A device is also available to stop the water at the inlet of the machine when the pump is restarted or the pumping station is stopped under overpressure conditions.
Remote control of hydraulics
All hydraulic movements can be adjusted by remote control, facilitating machine positioning operations.
