vDrive- Precise control with turn compensation
Simplify the work
Today's mechanical drive systems are complex, made up of 138* parts that need to work perfectly and in sync to seed in the most precise way. No matter how well you maintain your planter, each of these parts increases the risk of errors. Sowing is one of the most important agricultural processes. You have chosen the right hybrids, the thymal seeding density and the most appropriate plant nutrition plan. Do you really want to put all this at risk, relying on the correct interaction between 138 different elements?

Mechanical drive systems are complex
Mechanical drive systems consist of chains, gears, clutches, bearings. It is enough for only one of these parts to fail to affect the result of sowing. Multiple potential problems can OCCUR with each element and lead to a discrepancy in the step and seeding density, which can have a negative effect on yield.
vDrive is simplified
The vDrive replaces these 138 parts with 1 simplified electric motor for each row, reducing the risk of damage and facilitating maintenance during sowing.
See the difference
For the purpose of the study, maize harvested from the inside of the turning zones of the planter, from the outside and from the central part of the field was used. Sowing was carried out with a planter equipped with a hexagonal shaft. IN
On the outside of the turning zone, losses of 4 are noted,67t/ha, and on the inner side, the losses are 3.46t/ha. In the central part there is an increase in yields, since there the sowing is at the appropriate distance and density. vDrive allows to cope with the losses around the winding zones by adjusting the density of each row according to the working speed of the planter for the respective row.
