VDrive - Precise control with turn compensation
Simplify your work
Today's mechanical drive systems are complex, consisting of 138* parts that must work perfectly and in sync to plant with the utmost precision. No matter how well you maintain your planter, each of these parts increases the risk of errors. Planting is one of the most crucial agricultural processes. You've chosen the right hybrids, optimal seeding density, and the most suitable plant nutrition plan. Do you really want to risk all of that by relying on the correct interaction between 138 different elements?

Mechanical drive systems are complex
Mechanical drive systems consist of chains, sprockets, clutches, and bearings. Just one of these parts failing is enough to affect the planting outcome. Numerous potential problems can arise with each component, leading to discrepancies in seed spacing and planting density, which can negatively impact yield.
VDrive is simplified
vDrive replaces these 138 parts with 1 simplified electric motor for each row, reducing the risk of failures and simplifying maintenance during planting.
See the difference
For the purpose of the study, corn harvested from the inside of the planter's turn zones, from its outside, and from the central part of the field was used. Planting was carried out with a planter equipped with a hexagonal shaft. In
On the outside of the turn zone, losses of 4,67 t/ha, and on the inside, losses were 3.46 t/ha. In the central part, an increase in yields was observed, as planting there was done with appropriate spacing and density. vDrive allows you to address losses around turn zones by adjusting the density of each row according to the planter's operating speed for that specific row.
