Reveal Row Cleaner System
Reveal Row Cleaner System
Row cleaners mounted on the row unit impair its movement and affect downforce requirements. Reveal is frame-mounted, eliminating the impact on the row unit.
With its own internal gauge wheel, Reveal precisely controls the depth of the cleaning discs to create a consistently clean and ideal environment for even emergence.
Suitable for planting beans, rapeseed, corn, cotton, peanuts, sugar beet, and sunflower.

Consistently cleared residue
Keeping residue out of the furrow is imperative for consistent germination and emergence. To do this, a row cleaner is needed that can remove surface residue without affecting the performance of the row unit. Traditional row cleaners can bounce along the soil surface, causing them to miss some residue that can end up in the seed furrow. This bouncing also causes the row unit to bounce, negatively impacting planting.
Eliminating impact on the row unit
Since Reveal is frame-mounted, your planter's row units will operate smoothly. And because Reveal allows you to set pressure to maintain contact of the internal gauge wheel with the ground, Reveal will also operate smoothly. Watch the video below.

Adjust the depth of the cleaning discs
Reveal allows you to set the depth at which the cleaning discs maintain desired contact with the ground. With this adjustment handle, you can set the discs deeper into the soil and residue or make them shallower. The result is a row cleaner that works exactly as you want.
Advantages
Reveal is mounted on the toolbar, eliminating the negative effects that row-unit-mounted cleaners have on row unit movement and on the changing down-force requirements.
Reveal features an internal gauge wheel, which means the depth of the cleaning discs is set by the cleaned soil itself rather than by the crop residue, as is the case with traditional row-mounted row cleaners.
Reveal offers independent adjustment of pressure and depth for the cleaning discs, meaning you can set the exact pressure required to keep the inner gauge wheel on the ground. This eliminates bounce of the Reveal when cleaning ahead of the row unit. Then use the T-handle to set how deep the discs work for excellent cleaning.
“Every metric we track makes a difference – singulation, spacing, good consistent ground contact – the top performance, every time, was on one of the two rows where we used the Reveal row cleaners. And I just know that's because they're not mounted on the row unit."
An American farmer shared, who had the chance to test Reveal on two row units of his planter alongside his traditional row cleaners mounted on the row units.
