Conceal Fertilizer Laying System
Conceal Fertilizer Depositing System
The most effective time to apply the fertilizer is during the sowing itself, but for this you need a compact device that requires minimal maintenance.
Conceal is a device for applying fertilizer to the planter, which is integrated into the section and allows the deposit of fertilizer in the soil 7 cm from the seed, providing it with the necessary nutrients for good development.

Nitrogen application before sowing is ineffective
Applying nitrogen before planting is an ineffective means of obtaining plant fertility. Each row is only across 70 cm, so why distribute the fertilizer evenly over the entire field? A more effective way to place the fertilizer is to apply the fertilizer in the row, just as we place the seeds. Strip nutrients can reduce the total amount of fertility required by up to 30% while maintaining the same level of yield. These ribbon nutrients should also be placed below the soil surface where they will remain in the soil rather than prone to evaporation when dispersed over the soil surface.
Plants need fertilizer as they grow
Plants do not need fertilizer when the seeds are still in the bag, they need the fertilizer as they grow. This means that it must be available for the roots to assimilate in the most important moments of the plant's life. In the case of nitrogen in corn, this first important point is from V4-V8, while the plant determines the maximum class size it can produce. Nitrogen should be readily available to the roots of the plant during this stage to maximize the yield that can be produced by that plant. A strip of nitrogen placed below the soil surface will move down the soil profile with rains that occur after planting and will be a few inches deep, right where the roots can get it when they need it.

Conceal puts nitrogen where it needs to be
Conceal is a simple nutrient placement device that puts fertilizer into a strip embedded in the soil where the plant will be able to obtain these nutrients during the critical stage of development. Conceal can be used to place a single or double strip of nutrients next to the row. Conceal is a combination of a support wheel, which has a groove in it, and a knife working in the groove. The knife is guided by the support wheel so that the placement is always at the same distance and depth from the seed. Since the cutter is mounted in the front of the section, it does not interfere with the critical function that the support wheel performs: a constant and correct sowing depth. Conceal can hardly be seen on the section tucked inside the support wheel, where it does its job without the increased section length or volume that usually comes with nitrogen attachments.
Consistent placement of each turn
Why is Conceal the most consistent way to put nitrogen into the planter? It's all in the design of the knife that goes to the seed, in the groove of the gauge wheel. Since the knife places the fertilizer directly next to the seed and not in front of or behind the seed, the distance from the fertilizer to the seed is always consistent. In addition, since the knife works together with the measuring wheel, it will place the fertilizer at a constant depth relative to the seeds. Around curves, on uneven terrain and in each row, the fertilizer is always where it should be relative to the seeds.
