NIK launches new digital customer service channel in Viber - NIK Assistant

NIK announced the launch of its new digital customer service channel — Nik Assistant in Viber. The platform was created in order to facilitate Bulgarian farmers, providing them with quick access to information and expert assistance related to the company's product portfolio.
Nik Assistant is available to any Viber user and can be easily found through the app's search engine. After starting a conversation, the customer gets the opportunity to choose by number the category for which he is looking for assistance — software solutions, drones, machines, spare parts, precision farming systems and others. Depending on the choice, the assistant provides a quick response or connects the user directly to a member of the software support team.

The goal of the new digital channel is to save time and effort for Bulgarian farmers. In the active season, every minute is precious, so NIK Assistant offers another easy, convenient and accessible at all times channel for communication.

With the introduction of NIK Assistant, the company is upgrading its digital customer service solutions. Earlier this year, the short number was also presented *9009, and now the new Viber channel is added to it, which meets the needs of modern agriculture for faster and more efficient support.
