iMetos Weather Stations
iMetos
Pessl Instruments' iMetos weather stations are wireless solar systems that, as required, are equipped with the necessary sensors to monitor climatic and soil characteristics such as soil temperature and humidity, electrical conductivity and PH.
Related Product:
- Along with Pessl's iMetos weather station, the iMetos Radio Node station is also available. Thus, even more detailed information on the effective management of the farm is achieved.
- The iMetos Radio Node station is a small, wireless station that sends all data in real time via an interactive network back to the base station.

Functionalities:
- Local weekly weather forecast with determination of optimal spraying time
- Warning of the development of crop diseases
- Tracking the climatic parameters necessary to carry out agricultural operations in the place where the station is installed
- Supports the connection of up to 600 sensors, including air temperature and humidity, rain, solar radiation, wind speed and direction, barometric pressure, snow cover thickness, soil temperature, soil moisture, etc.
- Capture, capture and recognize insects
- Automatic sending of data to a web platform
- The information received and recorded is available in graphical and tabular form from any device connected to the Internet.
- High precision, efficiency and easy operation
- Application of diverse geographical areas
- Calculation of daily evapotranspiration
- Irrigation management with determination of the amount of irrigation rate, start and end of watering, etc.
- Obtaining information on soil moisture, temperature, rainfall, leaf humidity, relative air humidity, etc.
- Sending in real time the received information
- Possible distance from the base station — about 300 to 400 m
- Ability to receive SMS notification in case of risky situations (frost, need for irrigation, etc.)
