Angular and detachable arm irrigation systems Valley
Every acre of your land is valuable, and that's why Valley offers sustainable products that cover corners, bypass obstacles, and even irrigate the ground behind buildings. With Valley Corner Bender Angle Arm Bender and DropSpan systems from Valley, you can cover more areas and get extra income from the land you already own.

Valley® vFlex™ Corner
Valley vFlexTM Corner is fully customizable. Our engineers have developed it based on the opinions received from manufacturers like you, with options that include three shoulder lengths, several tire options, next or leading orientation, high or standard profile, and much more. We offer more options than any other corner system on the market, and we can configure the vFlex to meet the requirements of your field.
• Proven rail-to-roll connection with large rollers and news-bearing plates for exceptional durability.
• Wide frame mounted on the T-beam stability in strong wind.
• Manageable drive unit design with dual struts designed for industry-leading power
Technical data

Valley® Bender30™ and Bender160™
Valley bendable systems maximize irrigated area at low cost, allowing
the outer part of the pivot continues to move even after the inner part is stopped by fences, trees or other
Obstacles.
• Irrigate additional area to partial circuit systems at low cost
• Multiple system bends
• Optional valves stop water to arms that do not move during bending
• Valley's exclusive acceleration timer improves irrigation efficiency during bending
• Integrated spare safety elements prevent excessive stretching of the system and ensure
return to normal operation after bending
Anchoring system for curved systems. Only Valley provides an anchor for the drive towers with bending. The anchoring system provides the structural strength needed to use Valley Benders on longer machines in rough terrain. Now you can bend a system up to 609 meters (2,000 feet) long to irrigate even more areas.
Advantages
Bender 30™
- Bending up to 30° in both directions
- It makes the most of existing structural components and allows easy retrofitting of an existing pivot system
- Arm Diameter Options: 6”, 6 5/8”, 8 5/8”, 10”
- Option: PolySpan® Polyethylene coated arms for use with corrosive water
- Bending automatically
Bender 160™
- Bending up to 160° in both directions
- Uses custom structural components
- Arm Diameter Options: 6 “, 6 5/8”
- Can perform bending when moving forward and backward on pivot
- Built-in end gun and additional controllers for bending mode

DropSpan™
Using Valley DropSpan™, the outer arms of the pivot system can be separated so that you can irrigate additional areas adjacent to obstacles at the end of the field.
• Avoid obstacles and irrigate more areas
• Ease of use — one person can easily separate or
rejoin the arms without any tools for 15
minutes or less.
• No additional cabling required — regular
electrical connector controls the shoulder cable and
controls the logic of movement.
• Simplified winch system and reinforced separation supports
and joining the outer arms.
• One auto-stop switch aligns
the main gear to the separated arms to facilitate
reassembly.
• Large connector, easily accessible, with plug. Option for the second
end gun for irrigation of additional areas
