Corner and Detachable Arm Valley Irrigation Systems
Valley® VFlex™ Corner
The Valley VFlex™ Corner is fully customizable. Our engineers developed it based on feedback from growers like you, with options including three span lengths, multiple tire options, trailing or leading orientation, high or standard profile, and much more. We offer more options than any other corner system on the market and can configure the VFlex to meet your field's requirements.
• Proven rail-and-roller connection with large rollers and innovative wear plates for exceptional durability.
• Wide frame mounted on the T-beam for stability in high winds.
• Steerable drive unit design with dual supports for industry-leading power.

Valley® Bender30™ and Bender160™
Valley Bender systems maximize irrigated acreage at a low cost, allowing the
outer span of the pivot to continue moving even after the inner spans are stopped by fences, trees, or other
obstacles.
• Irrigate additional acreage for part-circle systems at a low cost
• Multiple bends per system
• Optional valves shut off water to spans that are not moving during the bend
• Valley's exclusive acceleration timer improves irrigation efficiency during bending
• Integrated backup safety features prevent over-extension of the system and ensure
return to normal operation after bending
Anchoring system for curved systems. Only Valley provides an anchor for bender drive towers. The anchoring system provides the structural strength needed to use Valley Benders on longer machines in uneven terrain. Now you can bend a system up to 609 meters (2000 feet) long to irrigate even more area.
DropSpan ™
With Valley DropSpan™, the outer spans of the pivot system can be detached so you can irrigate additional areas immediately adjacent to obstacles at the end of the field.
• Avoid obstacles and irrigate more area
• Easy to use – one person can easily detach or
reattach the spans without any tools in 15
minutes or less.
• No additional wiring required – a simple
electrical connector controls the span cable and
controls the movement logic.
• Simplified winch system with reinforced supports for detaching
and reattaching the outer spans.
• A single auto-stop switch aligns
the main machine with the detached spans to facilitate
reassembly.
• Large, easily accessible plug connector. Option for a second
end gun for irrigating additional areas.
