Designed with a focus on operator comfort and environmental protection, iXDrive S6 self-propelled sprayers offer easy operations from the cab and stability during operation and transport. The iXDrive S6 series comes with the HP iXDrive as the base model and the HP ECODRIVE as the premium model with a JD Power Stage V engine. The iXdrive is standard equipped with iXclean® Pro for valve control and iXflow-e® for constant circulation with independent nozzle control.
What else about iXdrive S6?
The ixDrive S6 series of sprayers is equipped as standard with a high-performance (HP) hydrostatic drive. The advanced hydraulic adjustment results in a more efficient use of the available power. The ixDrive S6 has a low center of gravity thanks to the integrated tank and its compact dimensions, which are an advantage at high operating speeds, making it safe to transport. The sprayer is equipped with three modes of control- turning the front two wheels, turning all four wheels and a “crab” stroke.
The bars of the ixDrive S6
The self-propelled sprayer Kverneland iXDrive S6 features durable HSS aluminum and HSA steel rods. Steel HSS bars combine minimum weight with maximum strength and stability. Specially hardened Domex steel gives these bars a long life and high quality. Aluminum bonding instead of welding on aluminum HSA bars reduces weight and gives remarkable strength.
Control of the rods of the self-propelled sprayer Kverneland iXdrive S6
Boom Guide guarantees perfect terrain following and high precision. Boom Guide's sensor technology ensures guiding the rod in many different and difficult conditions, making it easier for the operator to stay focused on spraying. This advanced system uses three ultrasonic sensors to control the geometry of the bar perfectly even in the most challenging field conditions.
The system has three configurations that allow you to adapt the sprayer to your specific needs through the versions Pro, ProActive with 3 sensors and ProActive with 5 sensors on the rod.

How does the iXclean Pro system work in Kverneland self-propelled sprayers?
iXclean® Pro is a fully automatic electric valve control system. This means that all functions can be controlled from the cabin. Switching between the various functions, such as filling, mixing, spraying, rinsing and cleaning the tank is extremely easy with the push of a button!
In addition to automatic filling, iXclean® Pro also offers a fully automatic rinsing and cleaning system for the entire sprayer. At the push of a button, the complete cleaning process begins, which involves all pipelines and takes only a few minutes using minimal amounts of clean water, and the residual levels after this process are below 1%.
How does the IXflow-e system work in Kverneland self-propelled sprayers?
iXflow-e® is a constant circulation system with electronic nozzle control. It provides free circulation of chemicals, returning the liquid back to the tank as soon as spraying is completed. This means that there is no settling in the spray line, as well as that there is no end point when spraying or cleaning, even when the rods are in a vertical position. Each section is pressurized so that the operator can start spraying immediately with the right pressure.
