The rods with which you can equip your self-propelled sprayer have proven their durability in more than 60 self-propelled sprayers in Bulgaria in the last 5 years.

The Berthoud BRUIN self-propelled model has:
- Independent air suspension for each of the four tires
- Bosch Rexroth hydrostatic transmission drive
- 300hp Cummins engine
- Spray control with EC Tronic
- ISO compatibility as an option
- Spray Tronic - nozzle-by-nozzle control and pulse spray modulation*
- Omega biturbine, centrifugal pump with two working cycles and a capacity of 550l/min at a working pressure of 3 bar.
- DUALMATIKsystem reducing residual amounts of solution in the system
Innovations in self-propelled sprayers

Among the innovations in self-propelled sprayers is the Spraytronic system — it solves one of the biggest problems of modern farmers — the small operating speed range in which the sprayer can provide a quality spray by providing a consistent drop size of the preparation — that is, the drops are neither too large nor too small.
The solution to this problem comes through Spraytronic and the pulse modulation characteristic of the operation of the system. It allows you to control the norm while maintaining a constant pressure — so the drop size is always the same.
Spraytronic Features:
- Spray control nozzle by nozzle;
- Pulse modulation- work with a selected nozzle at different speeds and norm;
- Ability to work with pre-selected pressure in the system;
- Constant circulation of solution in the bar;
- Instant start of spraying after activation.

Technical data

With more than 120 years of presence on the market, the French manufacturer Berthoud is among the leaders in the production of high-tech sprayers. The portfolio of the company, founded in 1895, includes a large selection of self-propelled, trailer and canopy sprayers with wide application in agriculture.
Aware of the need for continuous development and improvement, every year Berthoud invests in the activities of the company's research team for the development and patenting of innovative technologies, which are subsequently implemented in the new machines. Thus, the French manufacturer ensures the continuous improvement of the product range by applying the latest innovations in the industry.
All Berthoud sprayers comply with the established international standards for integrated agricultural methods, while at the same time being designed in such a way as to protect nature and the crops grown as much as possible.
“Our main goal is to help farmers grow a high quality crop. The increasing population and, at the same time, the limited agricultural area make it necessary to work with higher efficiency for better results”, summarize from Berthoud's team.
