ROC RT 1000 Hay Mergers
ROC RT 1000 – A hay merger that will change the way you work on your farm!
The ROC RT 1000 features a revolutionary system for hay mergers. The main difference lies in its collection system: the ROC RT 1000 picks up the crop and gently places it onto a conveyor belt, thereby enhancing its quality!
The RT 1000 allows for the collection of delicate crops, such as alfalfa, during the day, preventing the need for undesirable night work.

The main advantages of ROC hay mergers are:
- Less Breakage and Higher Quality
Due to sun-induced drying, the soft stems of alfalfa become extremely fragile. If you harvest with traditional rotary hay mergers, especially in the absence of dew, the small stems are more prone to breakage. This causes a loss of important nutritional value. With the ROC system, the crop is gently lifted and placed onto the conveyor belt for careful transport and deposition. The swath contains less soil and pebbles, allowing for unparalleled quality.
Fewer Losses
In the presence of wheel tracks or depressions in the soil, traditional hay mergers tend to leave part of the crop on the surface, whereas with the ROC RT 1000, everything is picked up by the belt.

Less Impact on Crop Growth
Under normal conditions, within 2 or 3 days after harvest, some crops, such as alfalfa, begin their fresh growth, consisting of small stems and leaves. Rotary hay mergers tend to break these small stems, causing a delay in growth and consequently in subsequent harvests, which at the end of the season means a delay of several weeks.
Achieve optimal productivity by reducing working hours and, consequently, the hay merger's consumption.
Technical Specifications
