Kverneland iXTrack T4

The iXtrack T4 is Kverneland's new trailer sprayer. The machine is precise, easy to use and efficient. T4 is available with tank volume from 3400 to 4600 liters. The sprayer can be equipped with steel or aluminum rods from 18 to 40 meters.

• Equilibrium in flat conditions — A specially designed balancing system in flat conditions is available for HSS steel bars from 32-40 meters. This system does not require any electronic targeting. The advantage is also the perfect orientation of the rod at a higher speed and the overall observance of the optimal distance of the nozzle to the crop, which leads to the highest application efficiency.
• Comfort for the driver- The two ultrasonic sensors on the rods can control the spraying height through central tilt correction and rod lifting function. The efficient system is suitable for slight inclines, uneven conditions and lower transport speeds.

• Boom Guide Pro- This advanced system uses three ultrasonic sensors to control the bar sections perfectly even in the most challenging field conditions. Thanks to this option, spraying is more than precise, following the contours of the field in any situation!
• Boom Guide ProActive- The system actively responds to the movement of the bar and controls the center, simultaneously making and independent tilt adjustment, and adjusting the lifting and guiding functions of the bar.
• Boom Guide 5 Sensor Extension- The Boom Guide 5 extension provides two additional ultrasonic sensors to ensure correct height measurement on bars up to 24 meters.

• Easy to attach- The hitch on the ixTrack T3 and T4 sprayers is easy to change, depending on the connection point of the tractor.
• Maximum management capabilities-The iXtrack T series offers maximum convenience and comfort for the operator, as it has a steering axle. This contributes to excellent stability in all field conditions. The track is mechanically adjustable from 1.50 m to 2.25 m. This ensures maximum control capabilities with a narrow turning radius.

• Parallelogram- The iXTrack T series is equipped with a parallelogram that is active when the machine is in working or transport mode. The parallelogram provides optimal stability and balance by eliminating vertical oscillations and reducing deviations from the set height of the bar.
• The ErgoDrive system- ErgoDrive is a new system that comes with the standard functionalities of the Kverneland iXTrack T series. Its task is to facilitate spraying even more. ErgoDrive assists the operator when cornering. It is activated by a single button — easy and simple. ErgoDrive then takes control, enabling the operator to focus on transporting the machine safely.

• • Storage cabinet- A storage cabinet is integrated on the left side behind the sprayer door. This extra space allows you to store equipment or tools with you in the machine. An additional storage cabinet is also placed on the right side of the sprayer, for even more space.
  • Easily accessible filters- A transparent filter container provides a direct view of the degree of contamination of the suction filter, and without dismantling it. A valve at the bottom allows emptying the contents of the filter, thus aiming to avoid contamination of hands with detergents. The self-cleaning high-pressure filter prevents the machine from being blocked by continuous flow, keeping the filter net clean. Undissolved particles return to the tank until they are completely dispersed.
  • Chemical inductor- The chemical inductor is an integrated part of the tank design. It is located next to the valve panel, allowing easy access. It is equipped with a rinse system and a waterproof cover.
