Kverneland iXtrack T4 - every plant deserves the best care
The iXtrack T4 is Kverneland's new trailed sprayer. The machine is precise, easy to use, and efficient. The T4 is available with a tank capacity from 3400 to 4600 litres. The sprayer can be equipped with steel or aluminium booms from 18 to 40 metres.
- Boom Balance in Flat Terrain – A specially designed boom balancing system for flat conditions is available for HSS steel booms from 32-40 metres. This system does not require any electronic guidance. The advantage is also the perfect boom guidance at higher speeds and overall adherence to the optimal nozzle-to-crop distance, which leads to the highest application efficiency.
- Driver Comfort- The two ultrasonic boom sensors can control the spray height through central tilt correction and a boom lift function. The effective system is suitable for slight slopes, uneven conditions, and lower transport speeds.
- Boom Guide Pro- This advanced system uses three ultrasonic sensors to perfectly control the boom sections even in the most challenging field conditions. Thanks to this option, spraying is more than precise, following the field contours in every situation!
- Boom Guide ProActive- The system actively reacts to boom movement and controls the centre, simultaneously performing independent tilt correction and adjusting the boom's lift and guidance functions.
- Boom Guide 5 Sensor Extension- The Boom Guide 5 extension provides two additional ultrasonic sensors to ensure accurate height measurement for booms up to 24 metres.
- Easy Hitching- The hitch on iXtrack T3 and T4 sprayers is easy to change, depending on the tractor's connection point.
- Maximum steering capabilities- The iXtrack T series offers maximum convenience and comfort for the operator, as it features a steering axle. This contributes to excellent stability in all field conditions. The track width is mechanically adjustable from 1.50 m to 2.25 m. This ensures maximum steering capabilities with a tight turning radius.
- Parallel linkage- The iXtrack T series is equipped with a parallel linkage that is active when the machine is in working or transport mode. The parallel linkage ensures optimal stability and balance by eliminating vertical oscillations and reducing deviations from the set boom height.
- The ErgoDrive System- ErgoDrive is a new system that comes with the standard functionalities of the Kverneland iXtrack T series. Its purpose is to make spraying even easier. ErgoDrive assists the operator when turning. It is activated with a single button – simple and easy. ErgoDrive then takes control, allowing the operator to focus on safely transporting the machine.
Fully Integrated System
- Storage Compartment- A storage compartment is integrated on the left side behind the sprayer door. This additional space allows you to store equipment or tools with you on the machine. An additional storage compartment is also located on the right side of the sprayer for even more space.
- Easily Accessible Filters- A transparent filter housing provides a direct view of the suction filter's contamination level without disassembly. A valve at the bottom allows the filter's contents to be emptied, thereby aiming to prevent hands from getting contaminated with chemicals. The self-cleaning high-pressure filter prevents machine blockage through continuous flow, keeping the filter mesh clean. Undissolved particles are returned to the tank until they are fully dispersed.
- Chemical Inductor- The chemical inductor is an integrated part of the tank's design. It is located next to the valve panel, allowing for easy access. It is equipped with a rinsing system and a waterproof lid.

Smart Spraying
The iXtrack T4 series is fully ISOBUS-compatible as standard, which makes it very easy to use – it can be controlled from an IsoMatch Tellus Go/PRO terminal, a Trimble navigation display or any other AEF-certified terminal. The innovative iXspray hardware and software with intuitive touchscreen interface ensures easy sprayer operation.
The tank, hose and valve layout is optimised to reduce the amount of product left in the sprayer.
Kverneland has taken the first step into the world of connectivity thanks to the IsoMatch applications. Connect easily to your machine via IsoMatch FarmCentre, IsoMatch TopService or IsoMatch TopRemote.
Hydraulically steered, the Kverneland iXtrack T4 features a parallelogram on which the boom is mounted. The sprayer allows a 32-degree steering angle, and the 3.6 m turning radius makes the iXtrack T series extremely manoeuvrable.
A dedicated system keeps the mixture homogeneous during operation and can easily be switched off in case of foaming risk or a nearly empty tank. Powerful high-pressure agitation, thanks to injector nozzles, ensures strong blending of the chemicals, which can be activated after filling or after long machine downtime.
A cleaning kit with a 15-metre hose and brush can be connected to the pressure side of the pump. This allows pre-cleaning of the sprayer while still in the field, using water from the clean water tank.
You can wash your hands using the hand-wash tap located centrally on the valve panel.
The water is first filtered by the hose filter and then by the suction filter. In parallel, you can already use the chemical inductor to add and pre-mix products.
The clean water tank is equipped with an indicator showing the level. Filling is done through a dedicated opening. The large tank capacity allows for full cleaning using several iXclean functions.
