Vibro cultivator for pre-sowing preparation
Thanks to its excellent weight distribution, precise depth control and optimal ability to follow the contours of the terrain, the Kverneland TLD for soil bed preparation creates perfect conditions for sowing in all types of soils. Finer soil particles are deposited in the lower cultivated layer to create conditions for rapid and uniform germination and, in addition, to prevent moisture loss, while larger clumps remain on the surface to reduce the risk of sealing the surface. Versions with working widths from 5.1m to 8.1m are available.
The TLD models feature a sturdy 3-section folding chassis, which helps to limit the overall transport height of the machine. Regardless of the model, the transport width does not exceed 2.5 m

Sturdy chassis
•The Kverneland TLD has a sturdy three-section folding chassis, which helps to limit the overall transport height of the machine. Regardless of the model, the transport width is below 2.50m.
•Base beam of the chassis is 100 x 100 x 8mm.
•One hydraulic cylinder is used for folding machines 5.10 and 6.10m, and two cylinders for machines 7.10 and 8.10m.
•Hydraulic valves secure the lock in working or transport position.
Working bodies
A wide range of working bodies is available for all conditions.
Four types of working bodies are available according to the type of soil or work to be done:
1) Working body DK P22
2) Semi-curved working body 32 x 10mm
3) Semi-curved working body 45 x 10mm
4) Straight working organ 45 x 10mm
Perfect depth control
- Designed for precise soil bed preparation:
- A configuration with an odd number of wheels inside the machine frame ensures uniform pressure on all wheels.
- A graduated scale of the depth adjustment mechanisms allows precise adjustment of each wheel.
- As an option, a hydraulic accumulator for hilly terrain is available — to perfectly follow the contour of the terrain and to protect the frame.
- TLD can be equipped with steel wheels 500×165 or rubber wheels 6.00×9 (10-ply to avoid bursting).
Accessoires
Further soil preparation can be carried out using the following accessories:
- Lump crusher, whose height and angle can be adjusted for alignment and breaking.
- Clod Board: alignment organ with mechanical or hydraulic adjustment. For perfect whipping with vibrating organs. It can be lifted all the way if it is not needed.
- Tractor-track erasers with non-stop protection
- Aligning thumbs, with adjustable angle and pressure
- Single crushing roller, diameter 310mm.
- Double breaking roller, diameter 310/280mm, mounted to parallelogram.
- Combi discs mounted in front of a single or double roller
