Kverneland Exacta CL EW Fertilizer Spreader
Kverneland Exacta fertilizer spreaders feature their unique patented CentreFlow spreading system. This patented system is implemented in all Kverneland spreaders. The fertilizer is accelerated within a cylinder, which prevents the granules from crushing as they reach the vanes. The cylinder's opening is adjusted based on the fertilizer's specific characteristics and the desired working width.
CentreFlow ensures:
- Uniform spreading even in sloped fields
- Smooth fertilizer acceleration, without crushing
- Triangular spreading pattern
Kverneland Weighing System
The Exacta CL EW model is equipped with a single weighing cell (up to 10 tons) and a reference sensor that automatically corrects readings when encountering slopes or shock situations. This system monitors the fertilizer flow and automatically makes adjustments if the actual flow deviates from the expected, ensuring the set application rate is maintained.

ExactLine Border-Spreading Control
ExactLine is used when spreading up to the border. The system is positioned on the right of the spreader, so the parcel border is worked counter-clockwise.
AutosetApp
AutosetApp – your assistant for precision fertilising! Once you determine the granule size and the hectolitre weight of the fertiliser, the data is sent to the AutosetApp, which calculates and sends the correct settings to the spreader's computer, and it calibrates itself.
VRA Application
The spreader supports variable-rate left/right, allowing more precise fertilising by applying two rates at once – left/right.
Section Control
Automatic section control when working with an ISOBUS terminal.
