Kverneland Exacta CL EW wheel
Kverneland Exacta CL EW wheel
Kverneland Exacta grinders have their own unique patent: the CenterFlow spreading system. Patented system implemented in all Kverneland roasters. The fertilizer is accelerated in a cylinder, which protects it from crushing the granules when reaching the blades. The opening of the cylinder is adjusted according to the specifics of the fertilizer and the desired working width.
CentreFlow guarantees:
- Uniform distribution even in inclined fields
- Smooth fertilizer acceleration, no crushing
- Triangular scattering curve

Advantages
ExactLine Curb Control System
ExactLine is used when fertilizing to the limit. The system is positioned to the right of the mower, thus the edging of the plot is carried out in a counterclockwise direction.
Kverneland Weighing System
The Exacta CL GEOSPREAD model is equipped with four weight cells up to 2 tons each and a reference sensor that automatically adjusts the readings in the presence of slope or shock situations. This system monitors the flow of fertilizer and automatically dispenses in the event of a change in the actual flow of fertilizer from expectations.
Application of the VRA
The tiller supports a variable rate left/right, which allows for more precise fertilization by applying two rates at the same time. This leads to savings in fertilizer and an optimal level of fertilization of the crop.
Control of sections
Automatic control of sections when working with ISOBUS terminal.
