Agrisem Turbomulch Crop Residue Management Implement
The Turbomulch is a high-performance machine for shallow cultivation, designed for effective crop residue management.
The implement ensures intensive shredding and even distribution of organic matter, which promotes its faster decomposition and creates optimal conditions for subsequent agricultural operations.

Key Benefits
- High Operating Speed – Designed to operate at speeds from 15 to 25 km/h, the Turbomulch ensures immense daily productivity while maintaining low fuel consumption.
- Excellent Residue Management – The 5 rows of spring tines (16 mm diameter) shred and evenly distribute straw and crop residues across the entire working width, preventing them from accumulating in piles.
- Hydraulic Angle Adjustment – The attack angle of the tines is hydraulically adjusted from the tractor cabin. This allows for instant adaptation to the amount of crop residue and the desired intensity of cultivation.
- Even Distribution – The machine is extremely effective at spreading straw swaths after the combine harvester, which is critical for subsequent quality seeding (especially for No-Till and direct drilling).
Technical Features and Equipment
- Spring tines (16 mm): Long and flexible tines, arranged in 5 rows, which vibrate intensely at high speed. This movement breaks up soil capillarity and stimulates weed germination.
- Optional cutting discs: A front row of discs (Ø 400 mm) can be added for cutting long residues (e.g., after corn or sunflower) before the tines.
- Independent suspension: Each element is designed for excellent ground contour following, ensuring uniform working depth across the entire width.
- Hydraulic folding: Compact transport width – 3 meters.
