Attached sprayer Berthoud Vantage

The Berthoud Vantage attachment sprayer is the latest attachment model from Berthoud. Equipped with the dedicated Actiflex suspension, compensating for bumps and furrows in the field and protecting the rods from strong vibrations, the Berthoud Vantage brings all the strengths of the other Berthoud trailer sprayer models. The sprayer is a watch from the new Berthoud DARK series, which the company presented for the first time at SIMA 2017. The series is characterized by original design, dark color and unique style.

In addition to its innovative design, the Berthoud Vantage attachment sprayer also features a number of innovations created and patented by Berthoud and during SIMA
2017 was voted Machine of the Year in the category “Sprayers”. The Vantage attachment model is available with a tank capacity from 2800 liters to 6700 liters and three models of rods with a length of 24 to 42 meters, with the model and their length optional.

Axial

• Length from 24 to 32 meters
• Axial suspension at centre point, with springs and shock absorbers
• Independent unfolding of the outer arms of the bars for certain lengths

• Optimized weight distribution on the chassis
• Compactness: reduced tank height, wider at its bottom to maintain a low center of gravity
• Main tank in polyethylene with 5% higher density
• Tank is diamond-shaped bottom to limit debris
• ACTIFLEX II suspension: fully mechanical suspension, with variable stiffness regardless of the load. It requires minimal maintenance and provides you with real comfort and quality of work.

The model is available with several types of drawbars:

• Puller with an ear diameter of 50 mm

• DUALMATIC: designed for easy and quick use with 2 handles that control all 17 functions of the machine. As an option, a motorized version of the DUALELEC is available, so all functions can be activated from the control station and from the cabin.
• Mixing tank: ergonomics combined with power. With a capacity of 25 l, it is equipped with a handle for opening an additional flushing valve.
• NIVELEC digital level meter to optimize accuracy — NIVOMATIC level meter as an option: overflow prevention solution (programmable charging volume with automatic stop or audible alarm).
• DILUNET: option to dilute the developed at the bottom of the tank, directly from the cabin
