Berthoud Tracker Trailed Sprayer
Why choose the Berthoud Tracker trailed sprayer?
The Berthoud Tracker trailed sprayer is one of Berthoud's most popular trailed models. The sprayer is designed for working on uneven terrain, as its specialized Actiflex suspension compensates for field irregularities and furrows, protecting the booms from strong vibrations.
It incorporates a number of innovations created and patented by Berthoud. The Tracker trailed sprayer model is available with a tank capacity of 3200 liters and two boom models with lengths from 18 to 32 meters, with the model and length being optional.
Standard Equipment
All sprayer configurations in the range feature:
- Metal chassis with protective H.R paint
- Spray control panel Berglogic
- Dualmatic system that reduces residual solution in the system
- Side cover for control panel protection Additional configuration options for the Berthoud Tracker trailed sprayer model
- Omega twin-turbine centrifugal pump with two working circuits and a capacity of 550 l/min at an operating pressure of 3 bar
- Pump Volux with a flow rate of 240 l/min or 320 l/min
- Pump BP with a flow rate of 280 l/min
Berthoud Tracker Booms
The booms equipping the trailed Tracker model are characterized by:
Axiale
- Length from 18 to 32 meters
- Axial suspension with a central pivot, springs, and shock absorbers
- Independent folding of the outer boom sections for specific lengths
- Tilt correction and variable geometry for specific lengths
- Automatic boom height control
Stability, control, and equipment integration
- The chassis consists of two large, widely spaced side rails and has a relatively low center of gravity to improve performance on slopes.
- ACTIFLEX suspension on the "S" version with springs and shock absorbers, ensuring effective load distribution.
- High-density polyethylene main tank with a capacity of 3,200 liters, plus an additional 5% for foaming.
- The tank has a diamond-shaped bottom to minimize residues.
- Suction pipe for easy draining of the main tank
- Wash tank 330 liters
- A tracking drawbar is available as an option to minimize crop impact. Attached to the tractor's lift arms, it provides maximum stability on flat and
sloped terrain.
Suspension
Sprayers are available with two types of suspension: Standard and Actiflex.
Actiflex Suspension is a patent developed by Berthoud's engineering team. It consists of a spring and shock absorbers operating on the principle of variable resistance, which keep the body and booms independent of the machine's wheels and the unevenness they pass over. This type of suspension is suitable for very hilly terrains and fields with irregularities.
Technical advantages:
- The only suspension on the market with a spring to achieve variable stiffness depending on the load and axle stress
- Fully mechanical suspension
- Constant load adaptation
- Requires very little maintenance and provides true comfort and quality of work!
- Exclusively from BERTHOUD for optimal comfort
The Standard suspension ensures good machine performance in the field, while offering a maximally simplified design that requires no maintenance. Boom performance is excellent on flat terrains and larger blocks.

What Our Clients Say
"I chose the Berthoud sprayer because it's highly productive and precise. Sectional control is crucial during spraying. If you overlap fungicide or herbicide on a plant, it will burn. Sectional control prevents this. The Berthoud sprayer offers all the latest technologies available on the market. We've been using it for a year now, and I already have insights into its performance."
Years ago, I trusted Nick company not only for navigation and autopilots but also for spraying. We've been using the Berthoud Tracker for three years now, and everything is working out very well.
We purchased the Berthoud sprayer two seasons ago. Our impressions of it are very good in terms of precision and accuracy. Before buying this brand of sprayers, we had worked with other, lower-quality brands, which is why we decided to purchase more productive sprayers. After working with the first sprayer for a year, we were very satisfied with its performance and bought a second one.

With over 120 years in the market, French manufacturer Berthoud is among the leaders in producing high-tech sprayers. Founded in 1895, the company's portfolio includes a wide selection of self-propelled, trailed, and mounted sprayers with broad application in agriculture.
Recognizing the need for continuous development and improvement, Berthoud annually invests in its research and development team to create and patent innovative technologies, which are subsequently integrated into new machines. This ensures the French manufacturer continuously enhances its product range by implementing the latest industry innovations.
All Berthoud sprayers comply with established international standards for integrated agricultural methods, while also being designed to minimize impact on nature and cultivated crops.
“Our primary goal is to help farmers cultivate high-quality crops. The growing population and simultaneously limited agricultural land necessitate working with higher efficiency for better results,” explains the Berthoud team.
