3D Protection with Helical Spring (35×35 mm) – The Gold Series uses powerful springs for its discs. This provides greater pressure on each working element, allowing for effortless penetration into dry and hard soil, while also protecting the bearings from impacts.

Large Discs for Deep Tillage- Standardly equipped with discs 610 mm (and an option for Extra versions with an even more aggressive profile). The large diameter allows for deeper work (up to 15 cm) and easy passage through voluminous crop residues without the risk of clogging.

SRE Hubs – Maintenance-Free – The highest class of sealed bearings in the Agrisem range. Designed to withstand enormous lateral loads and abrasive environments, with no need for greasing throughout their entire service life.

• 3D Protection with Helical Spring Each disc is mounted on an individual arm with a specialized spring. This allows the disc to deflect in all directions when encountering an obstacle, maintaining working depth and protecting the frame from overload.
• Optimal Disc Diameter The R Series is equipped with two rows of discs with a diameter of 510 mm (optionally 460 mm). The front row has an aggressive notched profile for better cutting, while the rear row is finer for final shredding and leveling.
• Maintenance-free Hubs High-quality, double-sealed encapsulated bearings are used. This eliminates daily maintenance and ensures trouble-free operation even in very dusty environments.
