Due to the company's expanding operations, we are looking for a Service Team Manager for Northwestern Bulgaria (Pleven, Montana, Vratsa, Sofia)

Key Responsibilities

• Leading a mobile service team, providing repair of technical equipment, after-sales service, and maintenance
• Supporting the team in achieving performance and quality targets, and developing a high-performance culture
• Resolving challenging cases and ensuring the highest possible level of customer service
• Maintaining a professional work environment and motivating employees
• Monitoring time and costs for planned activities and services
• Communicating with other departments, clients, and suppliers to ensure service quality
• Responsibility for the team's certification program
• Developing a strategy for the company's service operations
• Preparing various reports for management

• Higher technical education
• Experience in organizing and developing service operations
• Proven experience in managing a service team
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Good command of English
• Valid driver's license
