Due to the company's expanding operations, we are looking for a Service Team Manager for Northwestern Bulgaria (Pleven, Montana, Vratsa, Sofia)
Key Responsibilities
- Leading a mobile service team, providing repair of technical equipment, after-sales service, and maintenance
- Supporting the team in achieving performance and quality targets, and developing a high-performance culture
- Resolving challenging cases and ensuring the highest possible level of customer service
- Maintaining a professional work environment and motivating employees
- Monitoring time and costs for planned activities and services
- Communicating with other departments, clients, and suppliers to ensure service quality
- Responsibility for the team's certification program
- Developing a strategy for the company's service operations
- Preparing various reports for management

- Higher technical education
- Experience in organizing and developing service operations
- Proven experience in managing a service team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Good command of English
- Valid driver's license
