Sales Manager (Burgas and Stara Zagora)

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive promotion of the company's products and services  

• Building and developing long-term customer relationships by providing value-added services and solutions, technical consultations, and product demonstrations  

• Achieving set sales targets in the assigned region  

• Execution of lead generation and acquisition initiatives, in accordance with company policy  

Required skills and experience

• Proven experience in B2B sales
• Strong results orientation and goal focus
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to actively listen to clients, understand their workflows, and identify their objectives
• Good organizational skills, flexible thinking, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness and readiness for extensive travel in the region
