We are looking for a Process Change Lead to join our team in Sofia.

About the Role

We are looking for a structured, analytical, and proactive professional to help us design, improve, and govern our business processes.

The position combines technical precision, logical thinking, and cross-team communication. You will be part of our transformation journey, helping us standardize and scale our key processes across countries and functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain process governance frameworks that ensure ownership, alignment, and accountability across all teams;
  • Model, document, and optimize business processes using standardized methodologies and tools;
  • Maintain the company’s process inventory and lifecycle, keeping documentation and RACI matrices up to date and easily accessible;
  • Define and track KPIs for key processes to ensure visibility, performance management, and transparency;
  • Drive continuous improvement and change enablement initiatives as part of our organizational transformation;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and Management to ensure process alignment, communication, and tangible results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of process management, measurement, and governance;
  • Proactive and results-driven professional with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience with standardized process modeling tools such as Signavio, ARIS, Miro, or Celonis is an advantage;
  • Knowledge or certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or another related methodology is an advantage;
  • Can-do spirit;
  • Curious, improvement-minded, and diplomatic approach to managing stakeholders and change;
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics is an advantage.
