We’re hiring a ERP Specialist for our team in Sofia.
Key responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and support ERP modules;
Work closely with Finance and Operations on system-driven process improvements;
Implement basic no-code process automation;
Manage report building, analytics and BI-related tasks;
Manage setup of ERP-related objects, fields, templates, and approval flows ;
Provide first-level troubleshooting for ERP system (training provided);
Perform functional testing for new ERP system releases or enhancements;
Support basic administrative tasks (users, permissions, layouts, reports, dashboards).
What we are looking for:
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
Detail-oriented, especially around financial data;
Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn new platforms;
Experience: 2-5 years with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Certinia, SAP, NetSuite, etc.);
Basic understanding of business workflows;
Prior experience with accounting processes;
