What NIK presented at the National Agro Seminar of NAZ

At the beginning of December, NIK took part in National Agro Seminar organized by NAZ. In addition to having its own stand, the company participated in the event and presentation on the topic “4K — how much, what, when, where“, which was broadcast live on the company's Facebook page.
During the presentation for “4K”, the manager of NIK Ivo Kumanov introduced the new commercial director of the company Todor Shishkov. The two told more about What's New in Digital Farmingand all the possibilities that latest innovationsThey provide to farmers.
One of the highlights of the presentation was the technology of variable rate fertilization — VRAand the ways in which it helps optimization of costs. The examples that were shown intrigued the members of the NAZ, especially in their financial part, where it was seen to what savingscould lead to the use of this technology, which, among other things, also helps environmental protectionthrough the introduction of the right amount of fertilizer in the right place.
The second focus during the NIK presentation were innovations in the GeoScan satellite imaging program. It is the combination of GeoScan with soil sampling, analysis and recommendations for VRA fertilization that answers the four important questions of how much, what, when and where to fertilize for greater efficiency and higher results. The NAZ members also learned more about The latest trends in precision farming, as well as some good practices from our Romanian neighbors, among which were drainage and ground alignment solutions from Trimble. They were also of interest to the technology of automatic turn and inventory control— also by the American manufacturer Trimble.
For the final, the Nic presented The updates inthe laboratory and the sampling team to NIK Agro Serviceand mentioned some of the projects to be implemented in 2017.
