New Horizons of Progress: NCI participates in the tenth AGRO seminar of NAZ

On 24 and 25 November 2022, the tenth jubilee agro seminar of the National Association of Grain Producers was held in Plovdiv. This year's edition was titled Bulgarian Grain for Good Food.

After a 2-year break, NAZ and partner companies gathered grain producers from all over the country again and discussed important topics in the agriculture sector and trends for future development.

NIK took part not only with its own stand, but also with the presentation part already traditional for the company. In the year in which NIK celebrates its 20th anniversary, our team presents new horizons of progress.

Speakers from the NIK team were Todor Shishkov, Sales Director, Tsvetan Nikolov, Software Team Manager, and Kamen Indzhov, Product Manager.

Premiere of the new Trimble displays

Todor Shishkov presents the latest additions to the Trimble family of navigation displays, namely GFX-1060 and GFX-1260. Along with its smaller predecessor GFX-350, the GFX series products offer Bulgarian farmers a wide range of functionalities and possibilities for precision farming. With a variety of models, NIK provides solutions for any farm, regardless of size, structure or level of development.

Digitalisation of agricultural holdings and the horizon for progress

Tsvetan Nikolov, Software Team Manager, presented the equally important topic of digitalization of Bulgarian farms and horizons of progress after NIK acquired the software business of Yara International for Bulgaria and Romania.

The new and larger XAG P100 agricultural drone

Product manager Kamen Indzhov presented the latest XAG agricultural drone, namely the 40-liter P100.

The presentation of the novelties around NIK ended with more information about the solutions for selective spraying, namely Carbon Bee. With the possibility of spraying “Green on Green” and its compatibility with all models of sprayers, the selective spraying system undoubtedly becomes the leading trend for the coming year.
