Students learn about new technologies in agriculture with Trimble

A NIK-based equipment is provided free of charge for the purpose of the learning process.In January and February, students will have the opportunity to operate a Trimble FMx navigation display with FieldIQ material management system and Trimble EZ-Steer assistive steering. This is equipment that many farmers choose to ensure precise machine navigation and efficient application of materials — something that is especially useful during spraying, fertilization and sowing. In the coming months, Angel Kanchev University of Russia will also cooperate with the NIK Academy training center. The aim of the joint work will be for students to become familiar with the novelties in agricultural equipment and to see it in action in order to be even better prepared for the real working environment.
