Several new finds have been discovered with GeoScan

GeoScan has led to a number of unique discoveries, the fame of which is already carried among the media in our country. Check out the stories of some of them:An ancient treasure was discovered near Svilengrad
While observing in GeoScan the crops in his new fields, a farmer from the village of Mezek, municipality of Svilengrad, noticed that in some places in one of his fields there were almost regular circles with much less developed vegetation. The farmer did a field check and found that the crops looked atypical for the variety of wheat he had sown. When taking a soil sample from the site at a depth of 60 cm, the farmer felt unusual hardness. In his attempts to find a homogeneous soil, the farmer came across the first of three medieval ceramic pots with bronze Tatar coins of the XII — XIII centuries. Near the village stands a medieval fortress, built at the end of the 11th and beginning of the 12th century and functioning until the XIV century. After consulting with archaeologists, it is believed that it is possible that the coins belonged to some of the more senior members of the military garrisons guarding the fortress.
New oil field in Dobrich region
Another interesting discovery made with GeoScan was the oil field in the Dobrich region, which is currently being explored. At the beginning of the year, a software specialist of NIK visited a client in Dobrich to view satellite images of his fields from November, 2015 and to discuss the development of autumn crops. They noticed an atypical entity in the photographs, which the farmer subsequently checked and thus came across the valuable find. What's next?
Let's hope for 2-riApril the treasure is still there, and the oil field should turn out to be 1 km deep, not 20 km.
Happy April Fool's Day to all!
