Improvement and high efficiency in spraying: The example of Albena Daskalova's farm

At the foot of the Pre-Balkan Mountains, where the terrain challenges even the most experienced farmers, is Albena Daskalova's farm. Located near the village of Lilyak, Targovishte municipality, this farm makes a decision to improve and increase the spraying efficiency.

The farm cultivates three plots of land, located on extremely crossed terrain with large slopes and irregular field shapes. These difficulties call for a special approach to agriculture, especially when it comes to spraying — a critical process that requires precision and efficiency.

To improve the quality of spraying, Albena introduced the Dynajet pulse modulation system for the three self-propelled sprayers on the farm. This technology allows uniform distribution of preparations, regardless of the speed of the machine and the complexity of the terrain. Initially, the equipment was installed on one machine, and after they were convinced of its efficiency, the system was added to the other two machines.

The main advantages of Dynajet are manifested in spraying in the inner and outer parts of the bends, where an overdose or shortage of the preparation usually occurs. The system automatically compensates and ensures uniform coverage of all parts of the field. Also, it allows farmers to adjust the amount of detergent drops and pressure, which is especially useful in terrains with different slopes.

Dynajet is ISOBUS compatible, making it easy to control each nozzle and compensate when cornering. This makes the system extremely easy to operate, adaptable to different conditions and effective in the varying climatic conditions of the area, including strong winds. The Dynajet system can maintain operation at a constant rate at different field speeds without making changes to the sprayer settings, which saves time.

Innovations in Albena Daskalova's farm not only improve the quality of agricultural production, but also demonstrate how modern technologies can transform traditional working methods and increase the efficiency of agricultural activity, even in the most difficult conditions.
