Original spare parts: Why do farmers trust quality?

When it comes to maintaining agricultural machinery, choosing the right replacement parts can make a significant difference in the efficiency and reliability of inventory and machinery.

We met with several of our customers to share their experiences and tell us why they choose original spare parts for their machines.

Greater wear resistance and durability

Deyan, responsible for machines at the base of ET Petko Praskov, has more than 10 years of experience in inventory management. He says that for them, original spare parts are extremely important.

“The main advantages of original parts are that we save time because they do not have to be replaced frequently, and they last longer,” says Dejan.

His experience with alternative parts for the disc harrow is negative, as they break easily.

“I recommend that colleagues do not hesitate and choose the original,” he adds.

Easier installation and longer service life

In the farm of ZP Dimitar Penchev Tashev, the choice of original spare parts is not subject to doubt. Ivan Tonkov, a machine operator on the farm, says that the original parts are easier to install and have a significantly longer service life.

“We have a bitter experience with non-original parts for plows — they last much shorter in the harsh conditions in which we operate. The same applies to lawnmower belts,” Ivan shares.

He advises all fellow farmers not to hesitate and choose the quality of the original parts in order to avoid unnecessary problems.

Reliability and security in the long term

Rumen Krastev Hvoynenski, mechanical engineer with more than 26 years of experience at SMBE AD, is categorical:

“The best solution for any farm is to use original spare parts.”

He emphasizes that the advantages of these parts are expressed in the increase in reliability and the term of trouble-free use of the equipment. According to him, even if no significant difference in performance is noticed, the indisputable security that the original spare parts provide is a decisive factor.

“Whenever possible, always choose the original spare parts and consumables — they will save you a lot of headaches and money in the long run,” he advises.
