NICK VLOGG: How do we calibrate the grinder precisely?

What should we do so that our mower spreads the granular fertilizer evenly? We answer this question in the new video from the series NICK VLOG.
Granular fertilizers are one of the most commonly used types of fertilizer. Usually they are found in the form of dry granules. How to Calibrate Your roastery, so that we can achieve uniform distribution of fertilizer, despite its different shape, size and weight, says Jancislav Gospodinov from NIK.
How to calibrate your mower to fertilize precisely?
Calibration of wheelbarrowis carried out through the Kverneland app —AutoSetUp.But before moving on to its use, Jantsislav will check the amount of granular fertilizer used for the test.
“With each roaster you get a shaker to measure the size of the pellet, as well as a jug with which you can measure the hectoliter number.

The result of the test — on the first division there is about 5% fraction, on the second 90%, and on the third division they are also 5%. The relative weight of the granule is 0.97 kg/l. We should add this data to the Kverneland app,” the service specialist explained.

The introduction of the machine settings for the respective fertilizer occurs within a few minutes.
“In the application, we select the model of the machine, as well as the test data. The application itself will automatically show every single setting that you need to enter in the machine's display.
In minutes, we calibrated our grinder successfully. We should do a test for the correct distribution of fertilizer in the field using special trays according to Kverneland methodology,” said Jantsislav.

What did the test show?
It's time to see how it performs in practice wheelbarrowand what are the test results.
“We go one way through the field, but because of the double overlap, I will use software to analyze our results. For the test to be accurate, we will transfer the fertilizer from the trays to each flask. So we will see its correct distribution”, explained Jancislav.

The results of the experiment are already available. We should enter them into the application, which after calculation, will show how accurately our mower works by calculating the necessary coefficients.
“The app shows us that the test results are excellent, which means that the calibration is excellent,” concluded Jancislav.

And how else! Thanks to Kverneland's unique sensor technology, wheelbarrowperforms constant automatic calibration, which prevents possible deviations from the norm and uneven fertilization in hilly terrain or during shock shocks in difficult terrain.
