NICK VLOGG: Can big plows turn easily?

Today at NIK VLOG we will devote time to the large plows and in particular how they can be convenient to transport and turn at the end of the field. In our new initiative, Nik Vlog, we answer the question: can large plows turn easily?
Ivan Chernogorov turns on directly from the field to give the most accurate answer.
Ivan Chernogorov: Today we will talk about one solution that Kverneland gives to its entire new series of plows. I present to you I-plow— intelligent plow with ISOBUS control, which is extremely easy to maneuver and transport.
From transport to working position in seconds
The transition from working to transport position of the entire new Kverneland plow series takes place in record time, directly from the tractor cab.

Ivan Chernogorov: The machine can follow like a trailer, take turns safely and safely in urban environments, as well as on narrow streets, when diverging and during maneuvers.
Kverneland I-ploughis an ISOBUS plow suitable for all types of conditions. The smart machine allows the adjustment of the plow to be carried out from the tractor cab. And the adjustment of the plow is carried out extremely easily, thanks to an ISOBUS terminal and a few simple commands.
And more...
“The convenient and secure solution from Kverneland is achieved by uncoupling the third point, which can move freely. This allows movement of the entire plow relative to the tractor during maneuver, in a turn and during transport. All this thanks to the easy transfer between working and transport positions,” said Ivan Chernogorov.

Kverneland i-Plough can be operated using any of the Terminals: IsoMatch Tellus, Tellus Go, as well as any ISOBUS compatible display, including the solution of Trimble GFX-750.
Easy, fast, smart
Ivan Chernogorov: The plow also has a Variomat system for adjusting the grip at work during processing, hydraulically.
The inventory is managed using GPS and this is how the Furrow control function is applied, which does not allow distortion of the rows. Thanks to this vario, the plow automatically changes its grip to straighten the furrow.
“The plow is equipped with non-stop Auto-Reset protection, in which additional strips can be added, depending on the effort we want to achieve, as well as the unsurpassed Knock-on system for easy replacement of the tips of the working organs,” concluded Ivan Chernogorov.

Kverneland i-Plough is made to the high standards of the Norwegian manufacturer. All Kverneland technologies for steel fabrication and heat treatment of the elements of the whole plow are implemented in it.
