NIK presented Metos weather stations from Pessl Instruments at AGRA 2014 in Plovdiv

NIK has officially presented a new product developed for the special needs of farmers, namely — Metos Internet-based weather stations manufactured by Pessl Instruments.

They are distinguished by the precision of the displayed information, easy and efficient operation and wide applicability. Visitors to AGRA 2014 will be among the first to get acquainted with the numerous functions of weather stations, part of which are: real-time tracking of climatic parameters necessary to carry out agricultural operations, forecasts and warnings of plant diseases, calculation of daily evapotranspiration, irrigation management, insect capture pesticides and remote determination of their type, etc.

The data collected by the station is automatically sent to an easy-to-use web platform, where the information is recorded, and it is available in graphical and tabular form from any mobile device that has access to the Internet.
