NICK NA AGRO NAZ SEMINAR: Revolution in agriculture with autonomous machines and artificial intelligence

In the past week, NIK proudly took part in the annual agricultural seminar of NAZ, which was held for the first time in the resort. Albena. This was our 10th participation in this prestigious forum, where we presented the latest solutions in the field of agriculture.

Our stand was focused on innovation, where guests discovered the new 50-liter, foldable drone XAG P100 Pro. In addition, visitors had the opportunity to try out the specially prepared simulator — Trimble, and it was equipped with the largest display on the market GFX-1260.

The event was also attended by the Bulgarian premiere of The autonomous robot AgXeed Ag Bot T2, which attracted the attention of guests all the time. Many were able to get acquainted with its functionalities up close.

In the intriguing presentation delivered by Ivo Kumanov, not only the general trends in the field of autonomous machines and artificial intelligence in the field were discussed, but also specific innovations that will transform agriculture.

One of the key topics was the application of artificial intelligence in spraying through the SmartStriker selective spraying system from Carbon Bee. This technology optimizes the spraying process in an environmentally friendly way, thereby realizing saving on preparations up to 85%.

Of course the main topic was devoted to autonomous machines, especially in the context of the presented autonomous robot AgHeed Ag Bot T2. This is the future of agriculture and will change the way we work in the field. The key advantage of autonomous technology is the ability for farmers to address the challenges of the field related to labor shortages and sustainability.

The integration of new technologies in agriculture was also highlighted with the presentation of the system Kverneland Pudama. The system represents the point application of fertilizer during sowing, thus saves a minimum of 25% fertilizercompared to standard fertilization.

Additionally, Ivo Kumanov highlighted the new partnership with Agrism, which adds to the company's portfolio proven solutions and inventories for conservation agriculture.

The presentation ended with the software solutions from NIK, hinting to the guests about the extraordinary progress in this direction and the new beginning, which is coming very soon.

During the seminar, Iliya Prodanov — Chairman of the Board of Directors of NAZ and Kaloyan Kumanov from NIK also held an additional panel, emphasizing the need to change the public perception of the Bulgarian farmer.
