NIK acquires Trimble's Romanian dealer

At the end of May, the leader in precision farming technologies in Bulgaria, NIK completed the final stage of the transaction for the acquisition of Romanian Agritronic SRL, which has been an authorized Trimble dealer for Romania for the last 12 years. During this period, the company served leading farms and seed producers, through its two offices in Bucharest and Timisoara.

In Romania, the company will operate under the name Vantage Balkans SRL and will offer Trimble's full portfolio of products and services, as well as precision farming solutions to the other companies in the NIK group — Techno Farm and Nick Agro Service.

With the finalization of the transaction, NIK expands the scope of its commercial activity and establishes itself as a leader in the sales of equipment for precision agriculture in the Balkans.
