Kaloyan Kumanov took part among the motivational speakers of Forbes 30 under 30. On September 18th, 2018 Kaloyan Kumanov, part of NIK, took part in the Forbes 30 under 30 event as part of the panel with motivational speakers who told about their successes and challenges on the way to the prestigious nomination.

Kaloyan Kumanov was part of the selection “30 under 30” for 2016, and the main reason for his nomination was the successful exit of NIK on the Romanian market, about which he had the opportunity to tell, as well as what happened to the group of companies during this period.

The presentation was dedicated to digital technologies in the agricultural sectors and the contribution of NIK to their increasingly rapid entry into this sector. The highlights were the automation of machines through hardware for precision agriculture, software solutions with a main focus on the GeoScan crop monitoring program, as well as the company's contribution to the successful implementation of these technologies, namely the services that NIK presents in the person of NIK Agro Service Ltd.

Kaloyan Kumanov pointed to the success of NIK as the main factor for the success of NIK, which currently numbers more than 150 people for both countries, followed by perseverance and following a clear business goal, namely the digitalization and automation of agricultural farms in Bulgaria, and already in Romania.

The trends in the sector, namely the desire for more food, which is of better quality and at a lower price and with the use of fewer resources, are precisely the engine of changes in the way farmers cultivate their land and push them to the need to optimize the processes on their farms so that they can respond to the trends and needs of the population.
