First National Conference Agrimi 2025

The first conference dedicated to digital technologies and artificial intelligence in agriculture

On September 24 and 25, 2025 in the city of Kazanlak, the first national conference Agrimi 2025 was held — the first event of its kind in Bulgaria, dedicated entirely to digital technologies, software solutions and the application of artificial intelligence in agriculture.
The event brought together more than 200 participants — farmers, experts, representatives of institutions and innovative companies — who discussed real solutions, trends and prospects for modern agriculture.

Focus on the future of the sector

The conference covered three key lines:

• Technologies and Innovations in Agriculture — Svilen Kostov and Kaloyan Kumanov from NIK presented the latest trends in the implementation of digital solutions and the role of smart platforms in farm management.
• Artificial Intelligence and European Financing — Maria Hristova, expert on European financing and strategic planning and climate ambassador of the European Commission, introduced the participants to the various possibilities for the application of artificial intelligence in agriculture and the upcoming programs for financing farmers related to digitalization.
• Institutional perspective — representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the State Fund “Agriculture” outlined their vision for the future of digital tools, including satellite monitoring, drones and AI in the management of administrative processes.

Panel discussion: The new digital tools for farmers and administration

A key focus of the program was the panel discussion moderated by Svilen Kostov, which gathered the perspectives of practitioners and institutions on how digital tools can help farmers and the administration.
Among the participants in the panel was Iliya Prodanov — Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Grain Producers, who stressed the importance of proper implementation of new digital tools by state institutions to help farmers.

Training: Practical skills with real value

Within the framework of three parallel training panels, the participants upgraded their knowledge through specialized practical courses with the Agrimi software. The focus was on:

• Effective work with “Administrative Map”, “Dnevnik” and “Properties” modules
• Management of plots, machines and visualizations of soil analyzes
• Strategies for more optimal management with the help of artificial intelligence

Evening part with recognition and surprise

The first day ended with a gala dinner and awards to farmers and professionals actively implementing digital technologies on their farms.
The special surprise of the evening was the musical participation of Desi Dobreva and the ensemble “Geraci”, which created an inspiring and emotional atmosphere.

Agrimi 2025 — a new beginning

The conference didn't just bring farmers and experts together — it laid the foundation for a long-term community united by a vision of smarter, more efficient and digital farming.
