First meeting of the XAG community in Bulgaria

Above 150 guests— farmers, agronomists, drone operators and partners — gathered in SPA complex Starosel on May 8to begin the first meeting of its kind XAG community in BulgariaOrganized by NICK.

The event was a platform for the exchange of experience, good practices and inspiration, encouraging farmers to use their drones even more effectively. The main goal was to build a community where every XAG farming drone owner could gain knowledge, support and ideas.

We are creating a community where farmers can share real stories, learn from each other and get the most out of technology,” said Mariana Vucheva, marketing director of NIK.

XAG is not just a brand — it's a network of like-minded people looking for sustainable and effective solutions.

Attendees had the opportunity to get acquainted with What's new from XAG for 2025, represented by Kamen Indzhov, product manager at NIK. Among the highlights were:

• new tank from 60 litersfor greater efficiency when spraying;
• possibility of simultaneous operation with two dronesthrough a single device;
• improvements to the mobile app, including Full version in Bulgarian;
• new functionalities, such as spot spraying

The event included more technical training, presentation of financial solutionstailored to the needs of farmers,Regulations for the registration of drones, as well as prize raffle.

Particularly valuable to the participants was discussion panel, in which farmers from different regions shared personal experiences on:

• the crops and areas they treat;
• the advantages of drones over some ground machines;
• the use of various preparations;
• solving technical challenges;
• comparison between different models and good practices.

On May 9took place practical demonstrationin real conditions on two XAG P100 Pro drones operated by one operator, which processed vineyards in the Starosel region.

The event confirmed the commitment of NIK and XAGto the development of precision agriculture and autonomous technologies in Bulgaria by offering farmers comprehensive support, successful practices and technological vision for the future of autonomous technologies.
