Reliability

Konstantin Kostadinov, Chief Technical Assistant at Agrocooperative — NIK, has 3.5 years of experience in inventory management in this farm.

Regarding prices for original and alternative spare parts, he notes that in the long run, original parts are economically more profitable because they are made of more solid materials and last longer.

He adds:

“In our farm, we strive to maintain our machinery and agricultural equipment with original parts, and we tend to feel the differences when we do not use original parts. It's just that machines and inventory break more often. Which leads to delays with the processing of the field and can lead to serious economic losses for us.”

Guarantee of quality and security

Vasvi Hasan Aiden, agronomist at Agrotech Ltd, chooses to work only with original spare parts because the original parts are safety and durability, which makes them more profitable in the long run.

“Cheap always comes out expensive,” he is adamant, having repeatedly convinced himself that alternative parts wear out quickly and offer no warranty.

Fewer interruptions, more efficiency

Behchet Isuf, mechanic at ET ISM-91-Isa Sali with over 12 years of experience, says that he always uses original spare parts because they are more reliable and of better quality.

“Original parts lead to fewer stops for repairs in the field and faster operation,” he explains.

His experience with non-original discs and bearings has been disappointing, as they wear out in a year and he recommends all colleagues to bet on original spare parts.

Longer life and proper tuning

Atanas Peychev, who has been working at ET KATLE since 1995, says that he uses original parts for plows and planters because they are more durable and wear out more slowly than alternatives.

“Inventory tuning is also very important, but original parts always have a longer life,” he says.

Peychev advises his colleagues not only to look at the price, but also to evaluate the quality they get with the original spare parts.
