20 years of NIK

On October 25th, NICK celebrated its 20th Anniversarywith an unforgettable event and welcomed over 600 guests, the star performers from Gipsy Kings and the young artist Dara. The party brought a lot of fun, music and show — not only on stage, but also in the sky. All the guests recalled significant dates from the history of NIK, and the good emotions created laid the foundation for continuing to dream more and more and discover new horizons.

3rd Neonatal Ambulance

The last month of the year brought another positive news - the third children's ambulance is a fact. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of NIK, farmers, partners of the company and a team collected the amount for a neonatal ambulance. With the support of Caps for Future and cap collectors, the third children's ambulance was donated to a hospital in Ruse. There, it will serve three districts (Ruse, Razgrad and Silistra) and will save between 100 and 150 babies a year.

More than 600 km covered by the relay by the NIK team

In the past year, the NIK team passed the longest pedestrian tourist route in Bulgaria - Kom-Emine. This was also the first such crossing organized and implemented by a company.The NIK team needed 22 days to cross over 600 kilometers. All participants passed through vast green and fresh forests, steep slopes and peaks, revealing amazing views of the nature of Bulgaria.All the time the route was tracked using a FarmTrack mobile device. https://youtube.com/watch?v=mDYnOjxdrvg&feature=shares

A common and better software platform

In mid-2022, NIK acquired the software business of Yara International in Bulgaria and Romania. The main goal is to offer a better solution to Bulgarian and Romanian farmers and develop digitalization in farms. NIK also integrates Yara's sales and service teams in both countries.

Bulgarian Christmas

For fifth consecutive yearNIK team joined the initiative of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria - Bulgarian Christmas, through donations collected from the employees and doubled by the company.

NIC with the “Employer of the Year” award for the third consecutive year

2022 was the third year in a row in which NIK received the highest gold award “Employer of the Year” in the agriculture sector in Bulgaria. The award is presented by an independent company that also organizes the career forum CareerShow. The award testifies to our perseverance and relentless pursuit of progress.

NIC Hosts First European XAG Conference

The first European conference of the Chinese autonomous solutions manufacturer XAG was held in October in Sofia. The event brought together XAG partners from 13 European countries, who had the opportunity to exchange their experience and get to know for the first time the largest model of the brand - the XAG P100.

NIK Academies for 5 years

In 2022, we celebrated another anniversary - the first Academy of Precision Agriculture in Bulgaria turned 5 years old. In addition to the trainings for interested parties in Bulgaria, NIK Academy also hosted several international trainings such as the training of the Norwegian manufacturer Kverneland for representatives from the Balkan Peninsula, the American company Precision Planting, which brought together more than 60 people from nearly 10 countries, etc.

Events and Exhibitions

After an almost 2-year hiatus from physical events and exhibitions, in 2022 they returned with even greater interest in them and attendance. NIK took part in one of the largest exhibitions in the country and Europe - AGRA/Gr. Plovdiv/; seminar of the National Association of Grain Producers/Gr. Plovdiv/, European Agricultural Exhibition EIMA/Bologna, Italy/ etc.
