XAG R100 – Spraying Version
In the spraying version, the XAG R100 is equipped with a 120-liter tank and an integrated RevoSpray system, based on centrifugal atomization technology. This system creates fine droplets between 60 and 200 μm in size, ensuring uniform coverage and reducing the consumption of working solution. The two manually adjustable "Mist Cannon" nozzles are powered by a powerful airflow, providing horizontal coverage of up to 7 meters on each side. The R100 offers a maximum flow rate of 8 L/min with variable spray rate control, which automatically adapts to the travel speed. The robot can maintain a constant operating speed between 0.1 – 1.5 m/s, ensuring precise and efficient spraying even on uneven terrain. Control is performed remotely via an intelligent controller with a screen and a wide-angle camera, allowing real-time monitoring of operations.
